Context

HISTORIC SANDWICH SHOP

Break Point is a historic sandwich shop and pizza by the slice restaurant in Foggia, recently taken over by new management. At the time of acquisition, both the interior design and the communication strategy felt outdated and no longer in line with contemporary standards.

 

As a Content Creator, I suggested focusing on TikTok marketing, since when executed well it can achieve excellent organic reach and community growth with minimal monetary investment. This direction was relatively unexplored in Foggia’s food scene and represented a clear opportunity for Break Point to stand out.

Through TikTok, the brand successfully built an active fanbase and a strong community, which not only increased engagement but also had a direct positive impact on revenue. The communication evolved in parallel with the renovation process, visually adapting to each stage of transformation and supporting both the owner and the restaurant throughout their journey.

OBJECTIVE

The objective was to refresh Break Point’s identity by modernizing both its physical space and digital presence. On social media, the aim was to create a dynamic and relatable communication style, capable of reaching new audiences, driving engagement, and turning customers into a loyal community. Ultimately, the goal was to position Break Point as a local reference point for casual dining, while delivering measurable business results.
